No cost to full-time employees. Family policies are available at extra cost. Part-time employees pay 45% of premiums. Tax free deduction for health insurance premiums. Must work 35 hours per week to be considered full-time. Must work 20 hours per week. Coverage starts one month after hire.

Tax free dollars for un-reimbursed childcare and health care expenses. Can join upon hire or start of plan year. Must be scheduled 20 hours per week.

Employee’s may choose to purchase dental, vision, and/or cancer insurance coverage.

The employee assistance program (EAP) provides short-term, confidential counseling for you and your family at not out-of-pocket expense to you. APS Healthcare provides counseling services in collaboration with your employer or health insurer.

All Sidney Health Center employees will receive a 10% discount, just on Internet services, through Mid-Rivers.

Membership incentives are available to employees who sign up for memberships. If an employee signs up Sidney Health Center will pay up to $100.00 per individual employee that renews their membership or starts a new one. The employee is required to attend HealthWorks at least 8 times a month in order to receive this benefit.
