The team includes several employees who have the knowledge to answer questions in many areas including billing and finance issues, continuum of care, exams and scheduling, satisfaction concerns, social services and spiritual concerns.

Follow-up surveys are often sent to you after your stay at Sidney Health Center. These surveys are designed to help us recognize our strengths as well as find opportunities for improvement. At Sidney Health Center, we are committed to providing quality care. In doing so, Sidney Health Center is participating in a national project, submitting our quality information to agencies that tabulate the information for the public to view.
