Not all vitamins are the same

Hello from Advanced Aesthetics.  We have a couple of additions coming up that some of you may be interested in.  First, I will be introducing a pharmaceutical grade nutraceutical line called Uscriptives to the clinic. The second, a medically supervised weight loss clinic will be starting up very soon—I’ll talk more about this one in another blog.

• Multivitamin for Women: this comprehensive formula is designed for the female physiology.  It is high in B Vitamins for energy, and also includes iron, CO Q-10, Calcium Citrate, and Vitamin D3.  This vitamin goes beyond the minimal 100% daily values to deliver protective nutrient potencies for optimal health.
• Sugar Control Formula: this powerful multivitamin supports the endocrine system and is great for diabetics and weight-conscious adults (or those wanting to lose).  It is fortified with 30 key ingredients, including Vitamin B-complex to help with diabetic neuropathy.  In addition, it contains Inositol, Vanadium, Lycopene, Lutein, and Chromium all may help glucose metabolism.

Support Supplements:  these are used in conjunction with others and the multivitamins.

• Calcium: Healthy bone formula.  This full daily dose of Calcium Citrate, the most readily absorbed form of calcium by the body, is supplemented with Vitamin D3 for added absorption.  Most people only get 500 mg of calcium in their diets, and its recommended to have at least 1200 mg daily.  This is highly recommended to help prevent osteoporosis.
• Super Omega: High potency Omega-3 contains EPA of 800 mg and DHA of 600 mg.  It boosts heart health and lowers triglycerides.  It may also help rheumatoid arthritis, depression, skin conditions and for anti-aging, and reduce inflammation.
• Antioxidant Formula: Free radicals can lead to cardiovascular damage, arthritic changes, and neurological ailments.  This collection of essential vitamins and minerals is a powerful antioxidant complex designed to combat the harmful effects of free radicals in your body.  In doing so, patients will often have more energy and decreased fatigue.  CoQ10 is also used in this formula to support a healthy heart.
